For more than 30 years, our annual CIE Tours Awards of Excellence have been a coveted achievement throughout Ireland and the UK, and the success of this constant feedback is reflected in our 95% customer satisfaction rate. Each of our CIE Tour partners who qualified for an award, delivered an exceptional quality experience and welcome to visitors, achieving a customer satisfaction rating of over 92%.

2020 Partner Recognition Program -  All Stars and Rising Stars

For 2020 no tours meant no customer feedback, but we hate to miss a chance to celebrate the partners who help us to create experiences of a lifetime. That’s why in 2021 we are taking the opportunity to reflect back on our 30 years of customer feedback to recognize the hotels and attractions that have consistently delivered a superior guest experience. All-Stars are decades old partners that year after year score in the top tier of customer satisfaction. Rising-Stars are up-and coming partners who don’t have the same long history with CIE Tours, but reliably receive high scores from our guests.
